Desert Cactus

To date, this is still one of my favorite pieces. I made this for a friend; my ol’ college roommate and co-parent of our sweet chorgie dog, Piper. We lived in Arizona during our time together and I thought she should have a piece of the desert to remind her of the dry warmth of Sonoran while suffering through summer humidity and cold cold snow in her new home city of D.C.
